Return Goods Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization number, available by calling our Customer Service Department.
Any goods received by Teleflex Medical without prior approval will be returned to sender.

Call Customer Service to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number.

The following information is needed to request authorization:

  • Reason for return
  • Date of purchase
  • Invoice or PO number
  • Product number and size
  • Quantity to return

All authorized returns must be made within sixty (60) days of the invoice date and accompanied by the appropriate purchase order number and Returned Goods Authorization number.

  • For any return approved, the sender will receive a credit less a 10% restocking fee or an exchange following the agreement.
  • The cost for the freight and any charge due to the return is at the sender’s expense unless if the return is due to Teleflex Medical.

No return can be accepted unless

  • Shipping error by Teleflex Medical
  • Prior agreement for “sales or return“
  • Prior agreement for demo

Non-returnable, other than for a manufacturing defect

  • Products which are “out of stock“ items
  • Products not bearing the CE mark
  • Engraved instruments or instruments etched or labeled by hospital
  • Instruments which have been used in Surgery or bear traces of sterilization
  • Instruments returned more than sixty days after invoice date
  • Implants (K-Wires, Steinmann Pins, Cerclage Wire)
  • Custom, special or modified items
  • Silicone goods
  • All disposable products
