Experience Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in managing an Engineering team; 3 years medical device; OEM supplier experience preferred.
Qualification Requirements
Experience with automation and high volume disposable manufacturing. Experience with polymer extrusion or injection molding. Knowledge of continuous improvement, process efficiency improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree preferred; OEM supplier experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Will lead Engineering team of engineers and technicians responsible for both extrusion and device assembly. Responsible for growing the business top line through customer product development, and increasing the profitability of the business through process improvements. Manage development of new technical capabilities.
